Wasn’t going to originally bother leaving a review, but after waiting since last Thursday for them to pick up my car for scrap that was broken down at a friends house They finally were able to pick it up today but when they did, I realized I forgot to grab the license plate off of the car and also realized I still had my front license plate in the glove box so I called and they told me to just come down so I did when I got there. Staff is polite but their offer is to pay $300 for your rimless car and do $2000 worth of damage to your driveway and have you sign a waiver clearing them of responsibility. This disrespectful offer because the junkyard can't bring a couple Ford rims to take the car they're buying. Greatest sign that the country went to shit.
It's come up so mitzvah easier. New system where they actually give you a slip to where all the card are labeled and located to make your trip much easier... and barrels on wheels to use.
The front desk employees have all been kind to me. They have also been accurate in itemizing huge messes of parts I pulled. Older guy cashier went out of his way to help ring out a particularly big (5 wheelbarrow full) order and help me get it moved to my vehicle before they closed.
