Our 2013 Tiguan needed its 50,000 mi service check at 53K miles and from the last one, at 43K miles, we knew also was gonna be ready for front brakes. They did a great job. Last year too—-we needed the rear brakes done. This year they also alerted us to our tires having some dry rot and that we should look into new ones before winter time. We appreciate good service at Mitchell VW. Everyone does a great job.
Last week I went to Mitchell to check out a certified pre owned Jetta they had. The entire time I was there I didn’t feel any pressure or like they were pushing to make the sale. They walked me through all the steps including purchasing. They have treated me fantastic & been extremely helpful. I bought my Jetta from them & I will be back to buy many more cars from them!
Friendly staff. Price was right for the right vehicle. We drive down from NH and they made it easy for us. Worked with Erica and she was very helpful. No frills dealer that worked well with us.
