I called Mitch on a Monday around 12:30pm.. Mitch was working on a property down the street in Harvard and said he could stop by to view my property the same day. Mitch came at the promised time (with a very fair quote) and was able to cut the lawn in less that a hour (lawn isn't huge but not that small either).
