Dr. Shiffman explained the next steps (i.e., scheduling an MRI) to help get to the issue's root. I am grateful for this, as I've been dealing with elevated liver enzymes, not knowing the why or potential effect.

His office never returns calls. I called multiple times regarding care for my mother and never once got a return call. Not to mention his assistant was the person my mother saw the few times she went to the office. Why do Drs not see the patient?
Dr. Shipman skills and knowledge was par excellence. He provided me with causal factors and appropriate next steps for my condition.
