My roof was quite old, and I was honestly expecting them to recommend a full replacement immediately. Instead, they carefully assessed which parts were still structurally strong and which areas were failing. That balanced approach saved me a lot of unnecessary cost while still fixing the real problem properly.

Mitchell Roofing recently put on a new roof for me at a very fair price - I am using the mysafeflorida home program. They did an excellent job with not only the paperwork, but were very informed about the program and knew exactly what was needed to help me through process. The roof looks great! They were done in one day and there were no nails, debris, etc around the house at all. I can't say enough good things about Mario. He has been the main person working with me from Mitchell Roofing. Great guy, straight talker and very responsive. He'll work with you. I give Mario 5 stars. I thought the personnel who actually did the roofing did an overall good job, but I thought they were excessive in the amount of wood they replaced, and could have done a better job with installing the facia and soffit boards they replaced.
