Office customer service/management sucks,they do not return phone calls or respond to service request or portal requested i am renting a private property and since Justin the office manager left things have. Eem horrible i have open service requests from August2025 with no response

Justin was our property manager for ten years! He always returned our calls, texts, and emails on the extremely rare occasion that I sent one to him. He understood that we were two "old school" people, and was always willing to help. The maintenance concerns were always met with a prompt response and an appointment that accommodated our schedule. My best friend had to break a lease with them because the house they lived in was over run with mold and literally causing illness. DO NOT rent from them.
My daughter applied December 2021, she had to constantly email and text Justin who was secretly going behind her back checking all the information after she gave home the correct information.
