By far the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. They think their customers are dumb enough to fall for their crooked business practices. Please DO NOT buy from this dealership. A "1" star rating is way and I mean way too high
Will never use their service department again... Told them the problem I was having...was told they didn't see a problem and didn't bother to test drive after I had asked them to do so...just told me to change spark plugs and that wasn't the problem...that still didn't fix the problem...it ended up being the transmission! Not the only time I have had problems with that very same department.
Had the best inventory selection, .and a great sales staff. The best Nissan store in Alabama

Best dealer in the wiregrass hands down!!!
I have bought several vehicles from Mitchell Nissan, my parents have purchased vehicles from them and both my sisters have also and we have NEVER been disappointed in the car buying experience or the vehicle itself. Mitchell Nissan is by far the best place I’ve ever purchased a vehicle from, it’s as stress free, relaxed & easy going as you’ll ever experience purchasing a vehicle. The entire staff is so friendly & I guarantee you that they will work harder than any salesperson has ever worked for you & they will do everything... read more
