I had an appointment for an oil change at 11 am and after an hour of waiting I go check on the car and it's still sitting in the same spot I parked it. After I ask for my keys the employee tell me their oil changes take about an 1 1/2 hours. Oil changes generally take around 20-30 minutes and besides that I already waited an hour and it was still going to take and 1 1/2hr for the oil change. The service is absolutely ridiculous and definitely will not be going back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the salesperson I spoke to, Brad Grantham. He did everything I asked and with a smile on his face and wonderful attitude. Nothing like my past experiences buying a vehicle for sure.
