My family and I loved this practice for 10+ years when it was Paynter Family Dentistry, but it has definitely taken a turn for the worse. Messed up and had to re-do one of my daughter's crowns (after multiple visits), and basically ignored me when I had a dental emergency on a Friday, when they're normally closed. TONS of much better options in the Gresham area, and definitely regret not moving my family elsewhere sooner.
Gresham Dental is Amazing! My mom, who has had memory & other health issues in recent years, had a bridge replaced here. One of the teeth securing the bridge had cracked and become infected. Gresham Dental got my mom in quickly to assess the situation. We set up dates but unfortunately, they were pretty far out and she was experiencing quite a bit of pain without anything in there. Dr. Ty was awesome! My mother in law had her first visit with Dr. Ty and we were very impressed by the staff and this clinic. He is an amazing dentist, friendly and accommodating. He clearly and patiently explained the different options for treatment and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. His staff and assistant was also helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we understood and were cared for. Highly recommend this clinic!!!
Dr. Ty and his assistant Summer were extremely kind, caring and gentle during my appointment. It was the second crown I've had with Gresham Dental and again it turned out amazing. I love that the crown is made right there and seated in the same appointment. It has been several days and I can't tell that anything was even done.
