We loved the freindly and professional and attentive service Rod provided. Rod patiently walked us through the maintenance and made several helpful suggestions. As new home owners we really appreciated the time he spent with us. They have a convenient program to sign up for a check-up/tune-up every six months, so you don’t even have to think about it - they’ll reach out a few weeks before your appointment to give you a heads-up. Mitchell is the best! We called early to renew our annual contract & schedule the summer check-up for AC. We were able to get an appointment in a few days since the spring rush had not started yet. So glad we did because the controller that manages the defrost cycle went kaput. Part ordered with 1 day delivery & we are on the schedule to get it fixed. Summer, here we come! Thank you Mitchell!
