Going to him for years. Dr. Saferstein is among the best in northern NJ. Toni in the office is very efficient and quite knowledgeable. Have no issues with any of his staff all these years.
Excellent. Very efficient place. Dr. Saferstein has unbelievable knowledge. He is outstanding at solving eye issues. I have been there many times. Highly recommend him.
For a number of years now this very calm, cheerful, professional and thorough doctor has been tending to my eye care needs. Doctor Saferstein keeps a great doctor / patient relationship and I will continue to trust that my vision needs are met with him in the future!
The doctor was very nice, But the front staff SPECIFICALLY one female named Toni was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Never again....
Dr. Saferstein is great but front desk people is so rude and cold. We don't want to go to this office anymore.
This place sucks
Doctors are great but the front desk receptionist is rude, uneducated, and manipulative. It’s a shame someone that is so disposable and of such little importance gives the doctor’s office such a poor experience and is a barrier to wanting to be treated by great doctors.
