Placed an order but there is no communications about it. It's been over 3 months...
I'm angry and disappointed over the lack of response to multiple calls and emails about the status of my chair delivery. I had a scheduled delivery which was cancelled by Mitchell Gold's delivery company, ABS. ABS stated that they were SUSPENDING ALL MG deliveries. After multiple calls and emails, NO RESPONSE from MG in 2 weeks!
I have never had a worse experience with a store, in any category. After 2.5 years of waiting for a dresser delivery, the delivery has been cancelled with no explanation or plan forward. Not once have I received a call from the store or sales team about this unbelievable delay or situation. It’s absolutely the most unprofessional and even criminal behavior, the piece was thousands of dollars and I have yet to see it or be offered a solution. Do not buy anything from this brand.
Mitchell Gold, The Artisans of Discomfort! This company is losing its footing on its logistical operation. There is little communication between the order phase to the receiving phase of your merchandise. In particular when merchandise runs late which is typical for them, no updates are received and you are placed in the uncomfortable position of having to continuously following up to get an update. Ive had the pleasure of working with Jessica on multiple projects now over the past few years and she has been amazing to work with. She has a lot of knowledge of the brand and I have enjoyed all of the pieces that I have bought from MGBW. While they’re a bit on the expensive side, I truly do feel like their quality is represented in their products and after quite a bit of use they still look fantastic.
