Mitchell Gardens #2 Flushing ,NY. Living here for over 15 years I have seen a lot of changes and they aren't good. So many neighbors fight with each others, harassment is a real thing here. Corrupt Board members, our vehicles get's damaged on a daily AND sometimes it's the board member's doing it. Even when they get caught and arrested it's discouraged to voice your views on why are those individuals board members still on?, They will harass you.The buildings have rats and roaches. I'm a person who lives in the complex across the street. Silent neighborhood, public transportation provided by Q20A/B, Q34, and Q44+ buses. Also close to the highway so its often very useful. Neighbors are very friendly. There are many children who live near the area and they play in the park behind the building in summer, spring and fall, and sometimes in winter. There are some flaws though. Neighbors can be easily annoyed. For example, my car alarm kept going off for no reason, and mind them, we live on the fifth floor an... read more

I love this place. My friend Ikea78 lives across from me so in the summer, we would go to the park with our friends behind my building and play until 8:30 - 9 P.M. So many great neighbors but upstairs neighbor too noisy. There is H-Mart nearby for the koreans, Hualian supermarket for chinese, and a few minutes away from Flushing by taking buses or driving or you can even walk. It only takes 20 - 30 minutes.
