We truly could not have asked for a better realtor than Saint Clair (Sam) from Florida Connection. He was simply incredible throughout our entire home-buying journey, and we are certain he will be our realtor for life. My son was shown a rental property by Jonathan. For a week all he got was the run around. No one returned calls, just kept saying, "we'll let you know by the end of today." Never happened. They were aware that this was time sensitive due to the fact that he was moving from New Jersey for a new job in Florida and needed immediate housing. The fact that he is young may have played a role. I also feel like they are taking peoples application fees for nothing. Do yourself a favor...go somewhere else.
In a city of countless agents, do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Jonathan Pinto never answers his phone, will only text, and will stop responding when questions get too complicated for his comprehension. We missed out on multiple properties due to his inability to, oh I don’t know, communicate effectively and do his job!
