I have always had a good experience; this last year jennifer went above & beyond to assist me as a disabled patient. She thought outside of the box to meet my needs as a customer everytime. I love my new glasses. If you have special needs please let them know! they'll be happy to assist.

First experience there was great! EVERYONE was so helpful. They were all very friendly and explained everything. (I'm a teacher. I ask a lot of questions.) Everyone was very safe...masks....keeping people apart....sanitizing. I'm very impressed. I highly recommend them!
Brandy is an absolute angel!!! I broke my only pair of glasses during this corona virus quarantining. New ones were delayed and I just needed something to get me by for 2-3 weeks. She took my glasses and gave me a solution that was better than what I was needing at no charge. And was so kind and helpful about it. Dr. Wahl is also great! Very explanatory and helpful as well.
Quick appts and I feel like they work to get your selection of contacts or glasses to work well for you.
My husband had a piece of metal in his eye. I called the emergency number for the Kinston office and Dr. Alex called me back immediately. He met my husband and had the metal out in no time. He was very nice and made the experience painless! I can’t thank you enough!
Very caring and professional (the doctor and staff) Well worth a two hour drive for this center to handle eye care for my husband and me.
