I have been going to this office for 5 years, my skin condition is still under control, communication with the "Klara" system works flawlessly. Dr. Bergman is very polite and listens attentively.
Prior customer here and tried to schedule an appointment for possible skin cancer and was told they aren't taking appointments?? Are you kidding me? This place has awful customer service. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
My two daughters and I have been treated by Nicole for a variety of concerns. She's been fantastic. She's knowledgeable, caring, and listens to her patients.
What I signed up for compared to what I received was night and day! I signed up to get a cancer screening and from what I read and pictures posted, I thought I was going to get checked completely for any skin cancer! I ended up with a person just looking me over with her naked eye! No extra lights no microscope nothing extra to help her see the imperfections or cancer cells! What was $160 her time?!? Which was 20 minutes! Truly disappointed! ☹️
