Lived here for a year. Was the best apartment in town. Affordable and cozy. Maintenance is on top of things and never behind. Neighbors and fellow residents look out for each other. Couldn't have had a better rental experience. Highly recommended! There is a waiting list to get in, just so everyone knows.

Wouldn’t live here neighbors are always in each other’s business and gives false reports to the landlord and the landlord then gives you grief about the false reports
