My experience with Mitchell was not at least trust worthy in my opinion. My Dodge Ram has a known fault design where the exhaust manifold bolts break causing an exhaust leak. I know that this job is hard but usually dealerships have the technical training to do the work. The estimate was $1300 just to remove broken bolts and replace with new ones, they called me and said the manifolds were warped and needed to be replaced, I asked how bad they said 1/8” and I told them that was still good and use them.
