He is very knowledgeable and accurate with his diagnosis. I have been to other doctors previously who were wrong with their diagnosis. He is the best!
The tests are explained, the results are evaluated, and the costs discussed and considered. The patient side manner is everything you want a so rarely achieved. Exceeded my expectations in every way. Latter Matters...!!!

Excellent in every way. Dr. Latter, and Office Staff are efficient, kind and caring.
Very pleasant doctor, explains everything well, very knowledgeable. I would refer to other patients.
Dr. Latter was on time and very patient with me. I appreciate the fact that he took time to listen to my concerns and he came up with solid solutions. He prescribed eye drops which I am sure will address my eye irritations. I look forward to returning in a few months for a follow-up visit.
