Dr. Rizio performed a shoulder revision surgery on my rotator cuff. He is thoroughly professional & friendly and did an outstanding job with a difficult surgery. Both his pre & post surgery care was excellent!
I couldn’t ask for a better Dr. He’s the nicest Dr. To talk to, in addition to his professional manor, Dr. Merlino is an EXCELLENT Surgeon. If you’re going to another Dr. Cardiologist Then you need to switch immediately to Dr. Merlino.for pacemakers , ablations etc. He’s EXCELLENT. Thank you Dr. Merlino
I took my mom to Dr Merlino to have her battery replaced on her pacemaker. My mother loved him and his staff. She said he's a sweet heart and makes you feel very comfortable and he very down to earth.

My mom fractured her wrist and he immediately recommended surgery. She got a second opinion and was able to heal without surgery.
Dr. Merlino was awesome. He took the time to actually listen to you...ran some tests.and had the diagnosis. Never felt rushed. What a pleasure to find such a kind and caring doctor. His staff was friendly and on top of all insurance issues. They eased all worries and are a pleasure to talk to.

I had to have a pacemaker battery replaced and Dr Merlino was recommended by my cardio group. Dr. Merlino was very cordial and explained the procedure. I was very satisfied and understood what would occur. The surgery went well and in the follow up visit he was very caring and that I could contact him for any future questions. After my initial consultation with Dr. Merlino my wife and I could not say enough how impressed we were with the visit. Doctor explained in easy to understand language everything regarding the reason for the visit. Fortunately the diagnosis did not require a procedure at this time, but should the need arise in the future, Dr. Merino will be the doctor I will choose.
