They make appointments and then they don't show up, and when you call them they don't answer. Completely unprofessional. Plenty of other reputable roofers in our area...
I called them once, during normal business hours, no answer. A little later I call again, I get an answer. I called for a roof leak, they made the appointment date and time, I agreed, they never showed up. I called twice after to find out what happened, no answer. I couldn't recommend these guys any less... definitely not professionals. Mitchell and his sons need to fire whoever answers the phone and rehire because this is a sure way to lose business and we replace a lot of roofs unfortunately with our business. Shame...
Complete scam company. I hired them to do my roof. Not only they did bad job but over 1 year they are promising me to come and fix it. And never show up. Completely unreliable company.

Overall I was very happy with the work performed. Eric listened to my concerns and picked up the phone when I called with questions. He organized and supervised a reliable crew at the site. Everything was completed on time with the quality as promised.
