Overall I was very happy with the work performed. Eric listened to my concerns and picked up the phone when I called with questions. He organized and supervised a reliable crew at the site. Everything was completed on time with the quality as promised.

Mitchell and Sons did a great job at a competitive price. The quality of my roof is great and the owner was great in accepting Zelle payments (along with the daily limits). I never felt rushed and I understood everything. I even asked a bunch more questions and they were all answered. I highly recommend this company
Mitch stopped by to provide an estimate of what I assumed was a roof issue post Milton. After his inspection he determined that it was a simple wind-driven rain issue in the bathroom vent. He did not charge me for the inspection and was professional in every way. Based on this exemplary service, they have a customer for life! PG
Editing and increasing to 3 stars because Britt seems like such a good guy and the scheduling isn't his fault. The office and scheduling side of things seems like a mess. I had my roof replaced in July of 2022, which felt priced appropriately, and the sales guy was friendly. After showing up, the crew left a ton of nails and cigarettes on the ground. I called the office, Tamara told me they've had several problems with that crew (I didn't need to know that), and sent someone out to pick up nails and cigarettes. I still found... read more
