Not very friendly Called to ask about a job and they don't want to talk over the phone set up an appointment only. I was trying to not waste their time or mine. I will move on to the next one who is willing to talk.

One of the last good plumbing companies left I had a delightful experience with Mitchel Plumbing. The office staff was very helpful in answering my questions and were able to find a time in their schedule to do my work that also coinciding with my very busy schedule.Not only was the office staff helpful, but the plumber who came to the job was very knowledgeable. Schedules mean everything without a toilet Mitchel bid our remodel job (replace all galvenized with copper) and expected it to take 3 days. I thought that was agressive, but left the schedule to them. The total work ended up taking about 5 1/2 days, but spread out over 3 weeks. For much of this time we were without a toilet or sink in either bathroom. It wasn't until I refused to pay that the owner came out and finished the work.
