Building with Mitch Harris was the biggest mistake of my life. I would never allow any of my friends or family to build with him. He does not belong in the custom space and should stay in his 'production' lane. I was met with inexperience, huge mistakes, and push back every step of the way. Buyer beware. Be smart - build with someone else.
Dont buy in a Mitch Harris Subdivsion you will be sorry. They will not enforce any bylaws and will not maintain the sub but they will collect your association money every year. The snow is not plowed in the winter and the grass is not mowed in the summer. Mitch Harris claims he has no money but he has a private plane, a house on the lake and a huge house in Brighton. The staff lies about EVERYTHING. Stay far away from Mitch and Karen!!!!!
