Very unprofessional, charges too much for poor quality work. Unresponsive to request. Her employees are unprofessional and do not take their jobs seriously. So seems like she allows just anyone to work for her! I strongly suggest you find another more quality company!!

We scheduled an appointment with Misty to do a move out cleaning for my Mom’s house. She had me pay in advance. She said that her girls could not accept payment. She canceled the day before and a month later she still has not refunded my mother’s money and has stopped responding to my texts. If I could give less than one star I would.

We were scammed by this company after the Covid-19 pandemic. We had been using them for our house cleaning for almost a year and then the stay in place order was lifted then we could resume the house cleaning. Misty decided that the charge was going to be double as they felt that a deep clean was needed because we didn’t have them in our home cleaning for a month and a half.
