When you charge someone $125 for a plate of king crab, he should not have to crack the crab himself as though it was one of those seafood boil restaurants that serve the meal in a plastic bag. That $125 should include shelling service as well, not just a marked up product cost on something that otherwise involved no more work than boiling water and melting butter. King crab at a steakhouse should be served like this:

The Place Was Dirty! The bus boy was walking around the dining room, picking his teeth with his finger. We ordered 3 cheese burgers the buns were hard. The Beef Vegetable Soup watered down! What Happened!???
