I was referred to Bill by an esteemed local wedding planner/decorator in the area. The initial interaction was good not great as Bill didn’t have much to show me knowing it was a wedding appointment and the shop was unkept and very dirty but after discussing some ideas and my vision for my wedding I felt like he was capable of capturing that for my wedding.
