I'd have to agree as a resident, the customer service has become horrible. I cannot get in touch with the office and maintenance is slow. I'm still waiting on maintenance work. I have no legitimately way to pay rent because I can't get in contact with anyone. The rent keeps getting higher and new charges for things I don't use. Over the three years my family has been here, I'd rate it an 1 out of 10. Luckily, my family is military and we will be leaving soon.
