A few weeks ago, I had a great transmission fluid experience at this branch of Mister Transmission. I purchased a used Hyundai Tucson but unfortunately this car’s maintenance history is not complete. I decided not to take a risk of damaging its transmission and change its transmission fluid. This Mister Transmission location did a complete transmission fluid change and my car’s transmission perform much better after the change!!
Gus was very professional and took the time to patiently review a number of documents that were provided by the dealership so that I fully understood all the codes being displayed with respect to recalls from Dodge. He was very approachable and forthcoming in answering all my questions.

Completely agree with reviewer - Ji Luo (below mine ). Edited to reply to provide response as well , pls read below. Absolutely disagree . I advise all a caution .. my bad experience .. I too had a terrible experience here and suffered a huge financial loss. They failed to disclose all details upfront, and under time pressure, I had no choice but to proceed. The transmission was put in trunk all opened up . Never ever repair transmissions especially CVT types . These guys say let me open , examine and may turn out cheap . Th... read more
