My husband and I had such an amazing customer service experience at Mr. Transmission! They told me I needed a to pay $5500 to fix my transmission! I went for a second opinion. All I needed was more transmission fluid. Works just fine. Bunch of scammers!

I brought my car to Transmission Lethbridge for a loud humming noise. They said it was the right wheel bearing and charged me $1,442. Days later, the same noise came back — now they say it’s the left bearing and want me to pay again. How does that make sense? Their diagnosis was wrong, and the warranty means nothing. They also charged $130 for a single wheel bolt, while Volkswagen sells a full set for $80. This shop overcharges, misdiagnoses, and won’t stand behind their work. I regret trusting them — go somewhere honest.
