Great experience, when you are in trouble. My truck was broken and they fixed it on time , fair price and amazing staff (janice) . Recomendable
I was referred to this shop by another mechanic for a ticking noise under my car that I suspected might be related to the transmission. I explained the issue in detail and even went for a drive with one of their technicians so they could hear the noise personally. However, they focused on completely different sounds that had nothing to do with the issue I described. I ended up paying an expensive one-hour diagnostic fee without getting any real answers or solutions. It felt like a total waste of time and money.
My husband and I had such an amazing customer service experience at Mr. Transmission! I found out that I was in need of a new transmission (first diagnosed at a dealership service department), and the quote they have me was 25 grand for a new transmission. 🤯 I was completely distraught as there was no way I could justify paying that.
