My 2016 Dodge Journey would not pick up speed without revving at a really high rpm. Transmission was slipping and revved hard in reverse. Took it in to Mister Transmission on Portage Ave knowing I most likely needed a new transmission. Got them to check and yes I needed one. They gave me the money back for the diagnostic and I paid for the new transmission. They also provided me with a courtesy car for 5 days.
