Was referred to Mr T in North Van, but ended up coming here as it was closer, and I'm glad I did. Frank and his team were very uncomplicated men of their word, which is all you need! Delivered as promised (and sooner), and the car lives on!
Absolutely avoid this place at all costs. I brought my car in just to have the transmission tested, but because it wouldn’t start, they took it upon themselves to replace the battery and starter without calling me, without approval of price, and without giving any quote whatsoever. Then they slapped me with a bill for $1600 for a battery, a starter, and about 3 hours of labor not even less then 24hr of the car being there. Let that sink in. Frank was very detailed explaining what my car's issue was, he definitely knows his craft. My car was fixed within couple of hrs, i highly recommend this place.
