We took our rather aged vehicle (13 years and counting) here to be checked for transmission issues as our mechanic thought our vehicle issues might be the trannie. However, a thorough checkup, including but not limited to a drive by Mr. Transmission staff showed it is not the transmission at fault. Chris was very kind and helped us out when we had an issue during our vacations in Tobermory area. He picked up the phone, took the time to listen, understand and propose solutions. He took the car in to scan it and check the transmission oil quality etc to asses the severity of a very problematic check engine code on our Promaster (dodge transmission).
