Douglas was on time, didn't make a mess and was friendly.
Hector was professional, courteous and most pleasant from entering our home in "carpet savers" until the work was done. After showing us the cause of the initial problem - break in underground yard light wire not in pipe, in ground less than 6" and spliced - he offered to do a safety check on our home, which saved us from possible fire and/or electrocution. Service tech was very professional and took the time to explain any concerns.
I needed a new breaker panel installed and a few new circuits. Job was just beyond my DIY comfort level. Called Sparky and Hector V set up appt promptly and came on time. Very knowledgeable about potential safety issues & code, but listened closely to what I wanted. Found corrosion in mains power wires which had been causing some other problems I had. Ben was very knowledgeable and made sure that he looked at all of the options before making a diagnosis. He was respectful of our home and made sure to take special care when entering and exiting the house. He also made us aware of surge protection and options available to us; however, he was never pushy or tried to convince us to move forward with any work. Ben also gladly offered to look at our doorbell, which was not the reason we called, when we mentioned it to him during the visit.
