Carlos was very professional. He explained the work to be done and gave a fair price. Once the job was completed, he again explained what was done. I will use the company again and have no hesitation sending referrals.
Had some minor electrical repairs needing taken care of in my condo and the technician Mister Sparky sent out was extremely polite, explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and completed all repairs quickly. He immediately identified a way to resolve my request, ordered the part and came back as soon as the part was available. He was quick, efficient and walked me through what he did.
