Hector Vasquez Was the person that came out to service me . I was a nervous Wreck because my House could have caught on fire as one of the breakers was burning. I had to end up having a significant amount of work done and it was going to be costly.. Hector Went over all the options for me and I was still worried that I woyuld not have enough money. They were able to come out quickly and were on time. Eric was a great technician. Explained everything very well, was knowledgeable and very polite. I would definitely call them again.

The technician was very knowledgeable. He found problems with my electric that I didn't know I had. One being that the house wasn't even grounded. I thought their pricing was a little high but considering how long it took and the care used in fixing my problem I had no problem paying. For once I had a repairman that didn't leave a mess for me to clean us and didn't damage anything in the process. I had a very positive experience using Mister Sparky. Jonathan showed up on time, was professional and explained everything to me very clearly. I'm very satisfied with the work he performed and would recommend Mister Sparky to anyone. If you call them, ask for Jonathan and you won't be disappointed.

Dustan was attentive and positive. He handled all of my layman's questions with respect and courtesy. As I added "one more thing" onto "one more thing", he handled it calmly and helpfully. When he was through, he cleaned up any mess that was made; the only way we knew he was there was by the improvements he helped us with. He gave us straight forward answers to our questions; even those about prices and time-frames.

Doug explained each concern for replacing the fan with a remote control ceiling fan on the slanted ceiling. He described the electric connections and the prices for each activity.

Eric Burgess and the others with Mr. Sparky Charleston did a terrific job hanging a light fixture in our house. It was a complicated job in that it hung down a central staircase. But they made it look easy and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend them.
