Jonathan was friendly and professional. He took care of all of our issues in a satisfactory manner.
None of the assigned tasks were easy yet James and Matt tackled each project with creativity and hard work. I am a first time user of Mister Sparky and will use them again in the future and will recommend to others.
Danny got to the bottom of our issue and then proceeded to complete several other projects that my husband had on his wish list. We were very impressed with his professionalism and the quality of his work. Before he left he even cleaned up every speck of dust that was left behind when he replaced the cover for our light switches.
Eric Hebert was magnificent! He was professional, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem with my kitchen / dining room lights quickly and easily, showed me the damage on the parts that needed to be replaced, explained why these parts needed replacement -- and did all of this using words that were easy for me to understand.
