I was very pleased by their service both dealing with me as a customer and their work as professionals. Steve and his technician were very professional and walked me through understanding EV charging and how it would affect the load on my home. They both assured me that I would not have an issue installing the charger and haven't had an issue since the installation. Public please beware. Technician came out and diagnosed a problem twice and it's still did not work, so then he told me to order a $200 part that should fix the problem and was going to pay the bill. And just then I discovered that the remote needed to be paired with the fan. And that's all it was.Still charged full price for not fixing the problem. Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else.
