Was very good given the details of the job and was very good at explaining my options. Will be doing a future project with them highly recommend them. Steve was a awesome guy and explained everything in full detail
The guy came out, spent 4 hours at my home, charged $335 and didn’t even fix the problem. He then quoted us $900 to come back and go through the ceiling to run a new circuit. It was as if he was dumbfounded, and just couldn’t understand why he hadn’t knocked it out of the park. I would have preferred he simply say he didn’t know how to identify the problem. We ended up calling someone else, he came on a Sunday, and had the problem fixed within 1 hour and charged less!
Murphy was great! With some electrical background, I appreciated he didn't treat me like a damsel in distress. He was very respectful and easy going. Was quick to diagnose the problem and offer solutions. I recommend Murphy any day.
Mason came out after I lost all my kitchen appliances to a power surge. Will recommend Mason and mister sparky to anybody who needs an electrician
