The experience with your technician was very professional and he seemed very knowledgeable in his field. The experience dealing with persons outside of his control was not very what would be characterized as professional. This had nothing to do with your company or your technician. Your technician is an asset to your company.

Awesome service! Came same day we called and we live in Etowah, had it all fixed next day. We had a camper that we were using extension cords to run electricity and it melted camper cords, he repaired it and ran it from 3 car garage to it so it will be safer now. Will definitely use again and Highly Recommend!

We needed help with gfic connected outlets. Turned out to be a couple of wires in wrong order. 33 minutes after arrival they technicians had figured out the wire mix up and reconnected the wires in 2 porch outlets. They were very friendly and knowledgable. Repair required no parts just meter readings and reconnecting 4 wires. The bill was the shocker, $240.00 for repair. I wasn't expecting nearly that much but my outlets are fixed.

We had a lightning strike at our home in Cohutta, GA. We contacted Mr. Sparky and were amazed at their customer service! Louie was the best electrician I have ever worked with. He had two other electricians who specialized in new electrical panel replacement (Doug and Owen) who worked diligently to get our services back up and running since many of the switches were fried.
