I highly recommend Murphy from Mr. Sparky! He did a fantastic job and was very nice and professional. After some problems with the original service call, Mr. Sparky made things right with me and sent Murphy, a senior technician who fixed the problems right away. Mr. Sparky stood by their work and made sure that I was happy with the job.
Had a wonderful experience using Mr. Sparky. I sadly forgot the technician's name, but he was super professional and explained everything as he went along. Once he diagnosed the problem, he offered recommendations and quickly fixed everything up and had us back with power.
Needed a light fixture installed in master bathroom. I called in the morning and less than an hour later the workers showed up and did the job!
We had crackling and hissing coming from 2 switches. Called that morning and by midday they came to the rescue. Zachary was very professional and honest about how this was happening due to the location (bathroom and adjacent hallway). Also had a dimmer switch replaced in dining room. He answered all questions and was very fast with his work. I will be using them again in the future. And I highly recommend them for any electrical issues you have.
