Our 80' sewer line was blocked preventing our basement drains and toilet from working. I set up an appointment via their website, which was very easy to do. I received a phone call and text message to confirm the appointment for the following morning. The next morning Bob called to say he was on his way and I also received a text message to confirm. Bob and his co-worker arrived and within 10 minutes using their hydro jet system had our sewer line flowing again. Thank you Bob! I highly recommend them.

I had a drain blockage in my basement. The first company came out and snaked my drain for 3 hours and said the only way to fix the blockage was to go through the cement costing me $3,700. I got a second option from Mister Sewer they were able to snake my drain clear my blockage for a fraction of what the first company told me it would cost to be fixed. Mister Sewer is trustworthy and my family and friends will be using them for all our plumbing needs!

Jason and his entire team are awesome! I used to work for AWR and Jason and I had a great connection. I used to email him claims and he'd let me know if he could accept them or not via email. Great company, great people, wish they were closer to me.
