Went for a complimentary belt hole punch which was stated on the website, but ended up being charged $1 a hole. Service was adequate at best.
I would give it zero stars if I could. Went in today to get my key cut and the man who was working was extremely rude and disrespectful, it was as if he didn’t even want to be there. He has no respect or manners on how to talk to people, extremely rude, unprofessional and would not recommend it to anyone. He needs tog st himself checked out if he has issues. If you don’t like your job don’t work there. At least have some basic human decent to be polite and show respect.
Had my garage remote battery replaced here two weeks ago and it worked once and then stopped. When I returned, the staff member was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of offering to check it, he argued and said “how do I know it’s the battery and not something else.” Completely unprofessional attitude and terrible customer service. If you’re going to charge people for a service and offer “warranty” at least stand behind your work. Very disappointing experience. Don’t recommend. Go elsewhere!!
The man who insiected and gave me a quote for a les try er strap repair on my vintage celine heels was incredibly unfriendly and very short tempered. He was irritated the moment I approached the counter. ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE is when I went to pick up my heels. Visited the kiosk today 10/10 /25 the staff member was not wearing a name badge and was very unhelpful, actually refused to help me and told me "I'm not doing that" when I asked him to add links to a watch. After explaining to him that we - another retail/jewelry store, always get our watch repairs done there and the other men are very helpful and nice he still would not help and actually shooed me away like a fly and told me to "go away".
