Ty was so helpful and efficient he saved my handbag. He is very calm and polite and I would refer anyone here.
Disappointed with the customer service. I had a key cut here that didn’t work. The staff member who served me initially told me to come back if there were any issues, but didn’t provide a receipt. When I returned, I was refused a refund because I didn’t have the receipt, even though the key had the Mister Minit logo on it. I understand businesses have policies, but I was disappointed by how dismissive and rude the interaction was. I left feeling like there was no interest in helping resolve the issue.
