Needed to replace the battery in my subaru wrx key and was told because it is a smart key I need to bring in my spare key also to have its battery replaced at the same time. I've replaced the battery many times in the 5 years I've owned my car and have never had to replace both key batteries especially at a service cost of about $29 per battery replacement. I ended up doing it myself at a cost of $3. What a scammer you are sir, you should be ashamed. I Will never use your services nor recommend you to anyone.
