My car was damaged while going thru Mister Car Wash in May 2026 here in Florida. The manager refused to repair to repair my car. Now I am unable to get my car washed until my car is repaired. 324917
Mister car wash has been taking unauthorized withdrawals from my checking account. Google maps are great.
LAWSUIT INCOMING!!!!! Rodney is the most disgusting regional manager he talked down to me and threatened multiple time to hang up and I was doing nothing wrong but speaking to him not yelling. He is a horrible manager to say the least. He told me they didn't scratch my car and it was hit by another. Which is a100% lie. It feels like a scratch and not a paint transfer. He is insane. Vehicle was damaged on LPGA in Daytona Beach, FL and general manager Dakota won't fix it. I have been a member of this car wash for over a year. I have a new Mercedes Benz. And after 3 weeks I go to the car wash and this happens. I immediately grabbed an attendant and they took pictures and filed a report. They said within a few days Dakota the manager would call me.
