Double billed last 4 months. Called 07.13.2026 and spoke with Diego. I had changed my membership payment in April 2026. I noticed my past card was also being billed as well. The card Diego could see on his end was a card that was compromised in March 2026. I asked for a ticket to be initiated for billing department investigation. I was told Mister Carwash had no further escalation or very simple review. Both of my Visas accounts sent funds to Mister Carwash. Very simple matter not addressed. Sub-standard resolution. If you don't receive a receipt of CANCELATION you will be BILLED INDEFINITELY regardless of how you cancel, email, manager, verbally or anything. If you cancel, seek confirmation or they will continue to charge you.
For the past 6 months, Mister Car Was has been charging my bank account on average 4 to 5 times per month. I have only 2 cars in their plan. I have been overcharged since December of '25 over $200. When calling customer service that state that they can't go beyond 3 months in history and at first the person offered $73 as compensation. My car was damaged while going thru Mister Car Wash in May 2026 here in Florida. The manager refused to repair to repair my car. Now I am unable to get my car washed until my car is repaired. 324917
