Rodney is the most disgusting regional manager he talked down to me and threatened multiple time to hang up and I was doing nothing wrong but speaking to him not yelling. He is a horrible manager to say the least. He told me they didn't scratch my car and it was hit by another. Which is a100% lie. It feels like a scratch and not a paint transfer. He is insane. Vehicle was damaged on LPGA in Daytona Beach, FL and general manager Dakota won't fix it. I have been a member of this car wash for over a year. I have a new Mercedes Benz. And after 3 weeks I go to the car wash and this happens. I immediately grabbed an attendant and they took pictures and filed a report. They said within a few days Dakota the manager would call me. He did not. I had to call corporate and the following day Dakota called me and stated they have an image of one side having small paint chips. Which is interest... read more
Awesome customer service!! I had a billing issue and reached out to CS to resolve. They escalated my concern, contacted me back within hours and everything was straightened out. Thanks for being the type of company that does the right thing!!
No body answers they’re phone. Terrible customer service. Attempted to contact over 5 people here about a claim which was denied for no reason. They have a broken machine that is constantly making cars bump into each other and they just let it happen. Extremely frustrating, bad company
