Worst ever
I went to the car wash July 19 and when I went through the brush on the left-hand side, bent back My side mirror and it’s automatic and the camera in it and broke it so it doesn’t go back into place when I push the button so right away I stopped. I told him what happened. They supposedly put a claim in then they sent me to a Rinky dink body shop that tried to replace it, but made it worse. Vehicle was damaged in car wash 7/13/25 Miranda Maston was the person conducting the investigation. Admitted the video shows the part being damaged by the wash. But then declined claim. Due to vehicles age, due to part not being an original installed part from the factory because she saw a small piece of tape. How the hell would she know that. Poorly installed part according to her. I'm not going to complain about the service. I'm complaining that employees at the car wash are no longer allowed to accept cash tips!! I enjoy tipping them and really resent when a company disallows their employees to accept gratitude from its customers. Especially in a low level job. Disappointing.
