I got the platinum car wash and my interior was still dirty. My exterior was ok but not worth the company. Its no different then was you get at the gas station. I still don’t know what Platinum which was the best service presented to me actually cleaned. See my attached pictures that show how dirty I got the car backed. I recommend save your money time and tip and just go to gas station or spend the money and go to dealer and get it detailed.
Service has gotten really terrible there. I paid to have my car washed really well and it looked the same as it did when I went in. Nothing was done to the interior and it really didn’t even look like it was vacuumed. A manager was there screaming at the staff and I’m sure that didn’t make working conditions any better. I cancelled my monthly plan and will be taking my business elsewhere.
Normally they do a superb job when I get the red carpet service, but this time it was just ok. I felt like new employees were cleaning my car this time. My car looks great, so don't get me wrong, but when I pay for red carpet, that's what I expect. I had to get them to clean my windows again because there were lots of smudges. So, I usually don't make posts like this but I just wanted to say thank you to the GM George and the amazing service I received with my Jeep today! My Jeep was filthy and covered in clay from road work and mud from the beach. He was out there power washing it by hand and all the workers were scrubbing it until everything came off. No half ass job here and he never tried to charge me more than the regular price. This location vandalized the inside of my car door and of course they refuse to take responsibility! Beware of bringing your car here!!

I just had the worst experience at a car wash in my life! I will never ever go back to this car wash! I purchased the platinum package and when I left there was bird poo on my car. I look at the inside and I told the guy this is it look at the door. He told me my 2017 RDX was all scratched up. I do not owe pets or have small children. It was dirty. The dash was also dirty. All I wanted was my money back. He refused to give me my money back. This is the worst place in the world. Billy was the worst of all.
