RecommendedI went to get my car washed yesterday. Broderick came into the lobby asking who owned my car. I thought that something bad happened. He came into the lobby to bring me a $10 bill that he found while vacuuming my car out. He could have easily kept it and I would have never known. I gave it back to him for being such an honest person. Job well done Broderick! We need more people like him in this world.
Sloppy job - paid $32- asked them to pay attention to all the bug stuff since we just got back from a trip And the car was covered with it. The guys walked around the car flinging a rag for a few minutes. I pointed out The bad areas and still they did nothing. Finally got a rag and did it myself. This is why I no longer go there And just go to a self car wash for $2 and do it myself. They started having bad service before they shut down. I even gave the guys a tip beforehand. They are lazy lazy.....
The facility itself was clean but was disappointed when the inside staff did not greet me or even a a “HELLO” .....”Welcome to Mister Cat Wash”. As I watched my car, walked through the door to view it roll out, I was ALARMED to see my car roll out with NO STAFF in attendance. It roll a complete CAR LENGTH before a staff member ran to open the door disengage it out of neutral into park. Everyone is always friendly.
I stood outside and watched the guy who is detailing the inside of my vehicle. You could tell he didn’t want to be doing it and only did a cursory job. I only expect to get what I paid for, but when I pay for something I expect it to be done correctly. Before leaving I ended up having to grab a towel and finish cleaning the inside myself while they stood back and watched me. This was after I specifically asked if I needed to remove my antenna and was assured that they would do it but they didn’t. Below average.
Fantastic job by your team today! We transported our big fluffy white dog yesterday and to say the least our black car interior looked white with all the hair everywhere! Lol!!!! After getting the Platinum Service the car looked great but still had some dog hair in the carpets ... your team went back and did a 2nd vacuuming and wipe down ... this is what customer service is all about!
