I took my car through the Blairferry Road location just to get bugs off my windshield and front end. Just a quick run through. All went well as usual.
I live on gravel-the attendant was very observant and took the extra time to spray tires & back window without prompting! Excellent service!!
My vehicle is large, so my expectations are based on that. One issue I have is the lack of consistency from the pre-wash person(s), if available, to not all of the equipment being functional. I have the top tier plan, but I'm receiving less than top tier service or performance. The last stage of the cycle where the roller will roll on the protectants is missing, so the finish is always lackluster. Sometimes I will go through twice to get a better wash.
