We pay for a membership, but almost every time I come here, the “free vacuums” have little to no suction, and the air hoses used to blow out dust rarely work. Today, one of the hoses even came apart at the connection, and the plastic looked burned and deteriorated. The equipment clearly needs better maintenance. Paying members should be able to rely on the services being advertised.
The employees at the Port St Lucie location are always friendly, smiling, and happy to help!
