I took my 2025 Yukon through their car wash and left with numerous scratches throughout the clear coat. I contacted management, filled out an incident report, was told they’d contact me within three days. Several weeks later, I’ve yet to receive a response and they haven’t replied to a single follow-up. I do not recommend unless you don’t mind scratches and swirl marks.
Great people, great wash, and the line moves along quickly!!!
