The service and facility were excellent. Deducting a star because now we are being prompted for a tip for the person swiping my card.
My car and another car made contact with each other during the wash cycle, leaving damage to both cars involved. They gave me an incident report and told me I would hear back in a few days, I've heard nothing and we are weeks since the incident. I've made multiple attempts to the store with no success. Wash itself was awful, car left dirty even after going back through after the incident.
Always a good experience!
