Just ran my car thru the Unlimited Wash lane, so not a lot of interaction with staff. *Except* that my side-view mirror got flipped back in the wash, and as I was trying to set it right and realizing that I was going to have to exit the car to reach it, an alert young woman over in the detailing bullpen ran over and fixed it for me. A small touch, and very appreciated. Thanks!

Great service team but the machines scratched my car and ripped off my gas cap and nearly my license plate . Luckily the Team found my gas cap .
