You need to have an associate guiding people in so that people aren’t getting cut off left and right. Because you leave citizens on their own to make a decision to wait in line none of them do it correctly. I literally got bumped back in line about five freaking spaces on a busy Saturday because the organization of this place is ridiculous. Ridiculously stupid.
